Gohar Rasheed's character prevents the film from resembling any love triangle

We've been excited for Rangreza for quite a while now and now we have more reason to be.

The film, said to be based on music, has been making headlines with its amazing soundtrack and teasers. Now we're starting to get an idea that the film is way more than that.

The trailer of Rangreza came out last night and we're definitely intrigued!

Bilal Ashraf plays a rockstar who is adored by many but hasn't impressed one Reshmi (Urwa Hocane). Romance follows.

Urwa's character resembles a manic pixie dream girl in the film and for the first few seconds, we got worried if we're getting some Aashiqui 2 vibes. But then enters Gohar Rasheed as Wasim.

Gohar Rasheed does a great job yet again!

Gohar's character prevents the film from resembling any standard love triangle based movie. The second half of the film also reveals a very gritty side to the character and we want to see more.

Rangreza's trailer gives us a hint about how the film will unfold, yet still manages to keep some mystery and keep us intrigued. Also the score is definitely one to enjoy. Aamir Mohiuddin made sure to make his directorial debut a good one and we cannot wait!

Rangreza is slated for release December 21.

People will start taking our cinema seriously if we take reality reflecting serious grounded actors instead of waxed up wooden models.

Unrealistic. Never seen such dresses, purple hair, red lipstick wearing woman in office environment. Movie makers should stick to our culture, reality and real people.

Gohar Rasheed character looks gritting and close to reality as common man. Urwa and Bilal look Madam tussads made up models on ramp walk. Gohar Rasheed scenes are done well and surrounding look real. Urwa and Bilal's scene surroundings looks artificial, superficial and fantasy. Stark contrast.

Urwa is expression less girl she does not possess the depth of acting. Fully agree with Ms. Farida
