PPP’s Syed Hussain Tariq has clinched the NA-218 seat from Hyderabad with 118,597 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is GDA’s Muhammad Rizwan with 7,942 votes.
Nawaz Sharif says he has told his younger sibling Shehbaz to reach out to the PPP’s Asif Ali Zardari, JUI-F’s Fazlur Rehman and MQM-P’s Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui for the formation of a coalition government.
“Shehbaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar will hold meetings today,” he said.
Nawaz Sharif has said the PML-N did not want to fight because Pakistan could not afford it. “Given the situation right now, Pakistan needs at least 10 years of stability,” he stressed.
PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has said there is a need for all the political parties to sit together and form a government to pull Pakistan out of the difficulties it is currently in.
“We can’t hold elections again and again,” he said. “We were all sitting together yesterday but didn’t address you because the results were not in.”
“All the institutions in this country, every one should together play a positive role in bringing Pakistan out of this crisis,” Nawaz said, adding that the same was not just his or Ishaq Dar’s responsibility.
“This is everyone’s Pakistan, not just PML-N’s. Everyone should sit in harmony and bring Pakistan out of the difficulties.”
PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has said his party respects the mandate of all parties, including the independents.
“We are inviting everyone today to rebuild this injured Pakistan and sit with us,” he said. “Our agenda is only a happy Pakistan and you know what we have done before.”
“I love you too […] I can see the light and sparkle in your eyes today,” PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif said in a pre-mature victory speech as the ECP is yet to release all the results of the Feb 8 elections.
“We are all congratulating today because in these elections PML-N has emerged as the largest party in the country,” he claimed.
Nawaz stressed that there was a need for all the political parties to come together and work on pulling Pakistan out of crisis.
He said he has told Shehbaz Sharif to reach out to PPP’s Asif Ali Zardari, JUI-F’s Fazlur Rehman and MQM-P’s Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui for the formation of a coalition government.

PTI-backed candidate Shabbir Ali Qureshi has won the NA-179 seat from Kot Addu with 78,097 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PML-N candidate Malik Ghulam Qasim with 62,021 votes.
PPP’s Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani has won the NA-190 seat from Jacobabad with 126,302 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is independent candidate Muhammad Mian Soomro with 60,088 votes.
PPP’s Javed Ali Shah Jilani has clinched the NA-204 seat from Khairpur with 112,249 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is GDa’s Moazzam Ali Khan.
PML-N candidate Hafeezur Rehman Khan Dreshak has won the NA-188 seat from Rajanpur with 85,936 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PTI-backed candidate Sardar Ahmed Ali Khan Dreshak with 70,206 votes.
PPP’s Pir Fazal Ali Shah has clinched the NA-203 seat from Khairpur with 128,830 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is GDA’s Pir Sadruddin Shah with 98,236 votes.
PML-N’s Ammar Ahmed Khan Laghari has won the NA-187 seat from Rajanpur with 78,539 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PTI-backed candidate Muhammad Atif Dreshak with 67,284 votes.
PML-N candidate Mohammad Azhar Khan has won the NA-174 seat from Rahim Yar Khan with 78,680 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PPP candidate Syed Usman Mehmood with 71,559 votes.
PPP’s Nauman Aslam Sheikh has won the NA-200 seat from Sukkur with 97,088 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is GDA’s Deedar Ali with 41,911 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Zartaj Gul has won the NA-185 seat from Dera Ghazi Khan with 84,881 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
Independent candidate Mehmood Qadir Khan is second in the lead with 32,929 votes.
PPP’s Amir Ali Magsi has won the NA-197 seat from Qambar Shahdad Kot with 88,130 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is JUI-F’s Muhammad Aziz Jagiryani with 24,199 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Javed Iqbal has won the NA-172 seat from Rahim Yar Khan with 129,307 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is a PML-N candidate with 84,527 votes.
PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has won the NA-194 seat from Larkana with 135,112 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The second in the race is JUI-F’s Rashid Mehmood Soomro with 35,311 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Awais Haider Jhakkar has won the NA-182 seat from Layyah with 141,869 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
PML-N’s Syed Muhammad Saqlain Bukhari is second in the lead with 118,654 votes.
PPP’s Shehryar Khan Mehar has won the NA-193 seat from Shikarpur with 131,082 seats, according to provisional results issued by the election commission.
JUI-F Rashid Mehmood Soomri is the runner-up with 56, 153 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Mumtaz Mustafa has won the NA-171 seat from Rahim Yar Khan with 103,832 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
Independent candidate Makhdoom Hashim is second in the lead with 56,028 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Amber Majeed has won the NA-181 seat from Layyah with 120,499 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is independent candidate Sahibzada Faizul Hasan of the PMLN with 95,081 votes.
PTI leader Makhdoom Zain Hussain Qureshi has won the NA-150 seat from Multan with 126,770 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
PML-N leader Javed Akhtar is second in the lead with 76,758 votes.
PML-N’s Rana Qasim Noon has won the NA-153 seat from Multan with 95,114 votes, according to the provisional results released by the PTI.
PPP’s Ali Musa Gilani has won the NA-151 seat from Multan by a close margin of 79,080 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up is PTI-backed Meher Bano Qureshi with 71,649 votes.
PML-N’s Chaudhry Iftikhar Nazir has won the NA-147 seat from Khanewal with 107,708 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PTI-backed candidate Naveed Hameed with 83,394 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Rai Hassan Nawaz Khan has won the NA-143 seat from Sahiwal with 147,147 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is independent candidate Mohammad Tufail with 83,480 votes.
PML-N leader Ayaz Sadiq has won the NA-120 seat from Lahore IV with 68,143 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
The runner-up in the race is PTI-backed Usman Hamza Awan with 49,222 votes.
Independent candidate Zahoor Hussain Qureshi has won the NA-146 seat from Khanewal with 112,666 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PML-N’s Pir Mohammad Aslam with a little over 104,739 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Khurram Shahzad Virk has won the NA-115 seat from Sheikhupura with 130,255 votes, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
PML-N leader Javed Latif is second in the lead with 94,144 votes.
PTI-backed candidate Suriya Bibi has made history by becoming the first woman to win the PK-01 seat from Chitral with 18,914 votes. She defeated JUI-F’s Shakeel Ahmad, according to provisional results released by the ECP.
Speaking to Dawn.com earlier, Bibi said her decision to foray into politics was the result of the “marginalised state of women in the remote and backward areas of Pakistan in general and in my own constituency Chitral in particular”.
“After a thorough contemplation on the prevailing issues in my constituency, I realized that it was only the woman’s role in the development of the society that had been neglected and discouraged for decades again and again,” she said.

The runner-up is PML-N’s Rao Muhammad Ajmal Khan with 105,381 votes.
PML-N candidate Riazul Haq has clinched the NA-136 seat from Okara with 127,764 seats, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
PTI-backed candidate Rao Hasan Sikander is second in the lead with 80,069 votes.

PTI-backed candidate Usama Hamza has won the NA-105 seat from Toba Tek Singh with 138,194 votes, according to provisional results released by the election commission.
The runner-up is PML-N’s Chaudhry Khalid Javed with a little over 107,000 votes.
