MARDAN,  March  7: The provincial directorate of archeology   has initiated survey over Shal Kandey site, near Munda in Dir district.

Talking  to Dawn,  Zainul Wahab, the curator of Dir Museum at Chakdara said the remains are rich and we are expecting recovery of world class antiquities.

He informed that the excavation of the site would begin this month.
