KUWAIT CITY, Feb 11: Kuwait would enforce a number of special laws, including the option of martial law, in case the US went to war with Iraq, reported an Arabic daily.
The daily Al-Watan quoting the first deputy prime minister and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al-Sabah, said that if war broke out a special session of the parliament would be called to ratify the laws.
“We will call for holding a special session of the National Assembly once war is declared against Iraq,” Sheikh Sabah said.
