SINGAPORE, Feb 4: Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has bought via tender 380,000 tons of fuel oil from traders Fal, Trafigura and Hascombe, for spot delivery from February to April, traders said on Tuesday. For 330,000 tons of HSFO, PSO paid premiums of $15.97 to $16.39 per ton above ME spot quotes on a C&F basis, traders said.—Reuters
