NAWABSHAH, Jan 31: A woman, Haleema Bhand, 30, was killed and a man, Raza Mohammad Bhand, was seriously injured on the pretext of Karo-kari in the Ismail Bhand village, Daulatpur Taluka, on Friday.

The woman was shot dead by her brother-in-law.

The injured man was taken to the PMC Hospital.

No FIR had been registered till the filing of this report.
