LAHORE, Jan 21: Competitions in six different weight categories were held on first day of the Under-16 inter-provincial wrestling championship at the National Sports Coaching and Training  Centre on Tuesday.

Results:

43kgs: Mohammad Yasir (AJK) bt Ghulam Mujtaba (NWFP).

47kgs: Sheraz Ahmad (AJK) bt Navid Ahmad (Islamabad);  Mohammad Ijaz (Punjab) bt Zarif Khan (NWFP).

51kgs:  Muhammad  Riaz  (Punjab)  bt  Mubashar  Sattar   (AJK); Habibullah (NWFP) bt Fayyaz Khan (Islamabad).

55kgs: Dilber Hussain (Punjab) bt Hamid Afridi (Islamabad); Ayub Shah (NWFP) bt Majid Rafique (AJK).

60kgs: Mohammad Ajmal (NWFP) bt Hamid Ali (Islamabad).

65kgs: Sardar Ahmad (NWFP) bt Aamir (Punjab).
