KARACHI: PPP, PML-N workers held

KARACHI, Dec 26: Police arrested six workers of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) and the Pakistan Peoples Party and registered FIRs against the leaders of the two parties for violating the Mazar Ordinance on Dec 25.

The police said that the leaders and workers from both the parties violated the Ordinance by displaying their party flags and raising political slogans in the premises of the Mazar.

Two workers of the PPP and four belonging to the PML-N were arrested by the police under the Ordinance.
