MUZAFFARABAD, Dec 21: The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is organizing a seminar on “PEC standard bidding/ contract documents” in the AJK capital on Monday.

AJK Public Works Department chief engineer, Sardar Sakhi Zaman, who is member of the PEC, told reporters on Saturday that the event was aimed at highlighting the system of transparent bidding award and execution of consultancy and construction contracts in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir.

He asked the consultants and contractors to attend the seminar to have a better understanding of the system.
