KARACHI, Dec 20: Vice Admiral Irfan Ahmed has taken over as new president of Pakistan Sailing Federation (PSF), says a press release issued on Friday.

The new president appreciated the achievements of country’s sailors in the last Asian Games. He was briefed by the secretary general PSF A.R. Arshad.
