KARACHI, Dec 1: Apropos of a news item appearing in Dawn on Sunday headlined “PPP, MQM resume talks”, a spokesman for the Muttahida Qaumi Movement said that neither the coordination committee members had met the leaders of the People’s Party Parliamentarians nor had the Parliamentarians contacted the Muttahida.

The spokesman said the news item was untrue and not based on facts.
