KARACHI, Nov 25: Pakistan CC outclassed Delhi City Gymkhana by 61 runs in the Aga Khan Gymkhana Ramazan Cricket Tournament at AKG Ground here Monday.
Batting first, Pakistan CC scored 195 for seven in their allotted 25 overs after losing the top five wickets for 76 runs.
The recovery was led by Mansoor Baig and Rizwan Qureshi, who came together in a sixth-wicket partnership of 106 in just 12 overs.
Mansoor, named Man-of-the-Match, hit 57 off 51 balls with the aid of two fours and one six while the left-handed Rizwan blasted a 41-ball 55, which included five boundaries.
Ammaduddin, the off-spinner, was the chief wicket-taker with four for 30.
In reply, Delhi City Gymkhana were restricted to 134 for four in their 25 overs. Left-hander Sharjeel Ashraf (44 off 45 balls) and Ammaduddin (37) were the main scorers.
