PESHAWAR, Nov 5: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal’s candidate for the chief Minister’s post, Mohammad Akram Khan Durrani, has urged the government to convene the NWFP assembly immediately after the inaugural session of the National Assembly to be held on Friday.

Talking to reporters at a function held at Al Markaz-i-Islami on Monday, he said that all formalities had been fulfilled by the MMA for the assembly session.

The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal’s nominated candidate for senior minister’s office, Sirajul Haq, reiterated that they would work for the establishment of the Islamic system in the country.
