PESHAWAR, Oct 15: MNA-elect from NA-47, tribal areas (XII), Dr Naseem Afridi, has claimed that the defeated candidate is not accepting his defeat and creating problems in the area.

Speaking at a press conference at the press club on Tuesday, Dr Naseem asked his opponent to demonstrate political wisdom and accept his defeat. He claimed that his rival candidate came to the polling station on polling day with armed men. The Kohat police, he said, registered a case against him on that charge but the very next day, he managed to block road. This is all against the spirit of democracy, Dr Naseem said.—Correspondent
