QUETTA, Oct 12: The provincial government released 12 Pakistani Taliban supporters from the district jail on Saturday, according to official sources.

They were handed over to the Pakistani authorities by the Afghanistan government in September last and upon reaching Pakistan they were taken into custody for grilling by the law- enforcement agencies.
