KARACHI, Oct 12: The meteorological department has forecast hot and dry weather for Karachi and very hot and dry weather for the rest of the region on Sunday.

The maximum temperature in the city is expected between 38 and 40 degrees centigrade.

The highest maximum temperature of 43.5 degrees centigrade was recorded at Chhore, Sindh, and the lowest minimum temperature of 6.0 degrees centigrade at Quetta, Balochistan, on Saturday.—PPI
