TOBA TEK SINGH, Nov 12: The government has been urged to start work on the proposed Kalabagh Dam to meet the irrigation water requirement in the country.

This demand was made by the district council in a unanimous resolution passed at a meeting here on Monday with Naib Nazim Haji Ghulam Rabbani in the chair.
