ISLAMABAD, Sept 24: The National Highway Authority (NHA) has postponed the bid opening of Rs13 billion Islamabad-Peshawar motorway project owing to coordination problems, an official spokesman says.

The event has been rescheduled for Oct 7, because a two-day regional general managers conference was coinciding with the bid opening and could not be coordinated in advance, he adds.
