PESHAWAR, Sept 21: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company has said that the directory inquiry 17 has been computerized on trial basis, and plans are to improve the service in due course.

A press release of the PTCL said that the new system would facilitate the inquirers in the shortest possible time.

It said more staff has been engaged to make the 17 inquiry system a success.
