KARACHI, Sept 18: Two full benches were set up on Wednesday to hear constitutional petitions challenging decisions of election tribunals for Sindh.
The bench number one comprises Chief Justice Sayed Saeed Ashhad, Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed and Musheer Alam.
The bench number two comprises Justice Ghulam Rabbani, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice S.Ali Aslam Jaffery.
Both benches are likely to begin hearing on Thursday.
Meanwhile, ten more petitions were filed on Wednesday. The petitioners include Sardar Shabbir Ahmed Chandio, Nisar Khuhro of the PPP, Imtiaz Shaikh of the SDA against Agha Tariq of the PPP, Islam Hussain against Ejaz Shafi of the PML-N, three appeals by Ali Nawaz Mehar, two by Sardar Rahim Bukhsh Bozdar and one by Hafiz Abdul Aziz of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal.—APP
