HYDERABAD, Nov 9: The SSP of Hyderabad tendered an apology before a division bench of the Sindh High Court here the other day, which had taken a very serious notice of an inquiry report about an illegal detention.

The court, earlier, had gone through the report of the SSP pertaining to the detention of one Rizwan Ahmed.

His mother, Kaneez Fatima, had filed the petition.
