PESHAWAR, Sept 5: Mohammad Khursheed advocate, a PPP candidate from NA-1, Peshawar-I, who went on hunger strike three days ago to protest against the rejection of PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto’s nomination papers three days ago, called off his protest here on Thursday.

PPP vice-president Masood Sharif Khattak visited his camp here on the GT Road, along with other party leaders, and persuaded him to end his hunger strike.
