Two light aircraft violated the 3.5 nautical mile no-fly zone on Sunday night around the venue of the Earth Summit.

An official said the first plane had diverted on Sunday morning because of bad weather.

The second plane, which had an on-board technical emergency, was escorted out to another airport by an air force plane.—AFP
