ISLAMABAD, Aug 23: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SEC) has warned the general public in their own interest to refrain from obtaining membership cards and associating with a firm called BizNas.Com. Pakistan (pvt) Limited in any manner.

Meanwhile, the Commission has begun initial proceedings against the firm for what an SEC statement termed “dubious” activities and collecting money from the general public in unlawful manner.

BizNas.Com, SEC explained, was incorporated on March 5, 2002 as a company limited by shares with the main object of undertaking business in Information Technology.
