Asad Hayat to quit office to contest elections

JHANG, Aug 21: District Naib Nazim and PPP (P) leader Makhdoomzada Syed Asad Hayat has decided to resign from his office to contest elections from NA 87 and PP 78.

A Makhdoom House source told Dawn on Wednesday that the formal announcement to this effect would be made in a specially convened session of the district council in the next 24 hours.
