KHAIRPUR, Aug 17: A teenaged girl and a married woman committed suicide by taking poison here on Friday.

Fourteen-year-old Naseem, daughter of Methal Ujjan, committed suicide over domestic problems in Soho village near Dargah Noor Shah, Kot Diji.

Laxmi Bagri, wife of Giyano Bagri, committed suicide near Lal Mandir in Priyaloi.

ELECTROCUTED: A labourer, Ghulam Shabir alias Dalbar Jatoi, was electrocuted when he was switching on motor in his house in Safiullah Jatoi village near Pir-jo-goth on Friday.

SUSPENDED: The DPO, Khairpur, suspended SHOs of Ahmedpur, Gambat and Tando Masti police stations on public complaints here on Saturday.—Correspondent
