ISLAMABAD, July 29: A crucial and perhaps decisive meeting between the heads of five major madressah organisations and the government team of ministers for interior, religious affairs and education has been scheduled to hold here on Tuesday to bridge differences on the proposed religious education regulatory draft ordinance.

In the last meeting a few weeks ago, the same two teams had decided to meet again to put forward their respective proposals for making out changes in the said draft ordinance.

The heads of madaris are insisting on withdrawal of the condition of compulsory registration of their institutions while the government is pushing for its enforcement.
