HYDERABAD, July 28: A heroine addict tried to commit self- immolation at Hyderabad Railway Station here on Saturday.

Babu, son of Nanhey Khan, said to be resident of Karachi, disembarked from a train, sprinkled kerosene over his body and set himself on fire.

The people present there moved swiftly to save him. He was removed to the Hyderabad Civil Hospital. A doctor of burns ward said that he suffered 30 per cent injuries.
