HYDERABAD, July 8: The controller of examinations, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, on Monday announced that the B.Ed and M.Ed, off campus programme, annual examination of 2001 would start from July 16 at various centres.

The viva-voce of the candidates of M.Ed will be conducted from July 29 to July 31.

The university has established examination centres at the Dr Nabi Bux Baloch Model School, Hyderabad, Government Boys High School, Thatta, Governm-ent Higher Secondary School, Badin, Gul-i- Ranna Government Girls Secondary School, Malir, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Mirpurkhas, and the Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Tando Adam.

The admit cards of the students have already been dispatched to their area officers and study centre supervisors.

LAST DATE: Last date for submission of examination forms for the annual examination, 2001, BEd and MEd off campus programme of the Sindh University with a late fee of Rs200 has been extended up to July 10,

This was announced by the university’s controller of annual examinations here on Monday.

The examination would begin on July 16, he added.

RESULTS: The controller of examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Hyderabad, on Monday announced the result of HSC (part-I and II), commerce group, annual examination of 2002.

In part-II, out of 575 candidates, who appeared in the examination, 343 were declared successful while the result of six candidates was withheld. The pass percentage remained 59.65.

Among boys, Jazib Zaheer, son of Zaheeruddin Shaikh, of the Government S.S. Commerce College, Hyderabad, secured first position while Danish Shaikh, son of Zaheeruddin Shaikh, of the same college, and Imran Habib, son of Habibul Hassan Arain, of the Government College, Sanghar, secured second and third position respectively.

Among girls, Sundus Rehman, daughter of Zakirur Rehman Mughal, of the Government Girls Degree College, Latifabad-8, Hyderabad, secured first position while Hina, daughter of Nisar Ahmad Noorani, of the Government Girls College, Hyderabad, and Hina Nawab, daughter of Mohammad Nawab Qureshi, of the same college, secured second and third position respectively.
