KARACHI, June 28: Commerce Minister Abdul Razak Dawood will be leading a business delegation to Morocco from July 2 to 6.
A press release issued by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry here on Friday mentioned the visit to be particularly important as the Kingdom has sought its inclusion in the African Growth Opportunity Act (AGOA) of Sub-Sahara countries allowing duty and quota free exports to USA.
This is expected to result in enhancing the potential of bilateral trade particularly between Pakistan and Morocco.
Earlier President Gen Pervez Musharraf was scheduled to lead the delegation to Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, but the programme was postponed.
