KARACHI, June 25: The University of Karachi has announced that private candidates for MA and double MA and those seeking improvement of division can submit their registration forms up to June 26.

A spokesman for the university said that a fee of Rs2,300 will have to be deposited with the registration form.

It was stated that the forms could be obtained from the branches of the banks located at the silver jubilee gate of the university.

The forms can be submitted in the same branches after verification from the counter of the examinations department.

LLM THESIS: The University of Karachi has asked the LLM (final) students to submit their thesis for the forthcoming annual examinations up to September 30.

The thesis should be supervised by the approved directors. The name of the topic and supervisor of research will have to be approved by the dean, faculty of law, before its beginning. No director shall undertake supervision of more than four theses at a time.

The thesis should be according to the methodology and the students would have to submit five copies. Thesis submitted late will not be accepted.

The university said that the date of viva voce would be declared after the submission of thesis. The students shall be deemed failed unless they pass all the three components — theory, thesis, viva voce.—APP
