PESHAWAR, June 17: Members of the district council Malakand have demanded of the government to remit the agriculture loans payable by the local farmers and declare the district it a calamity-hit area.
It was pointed out in a resolution moved by the Nazim, Bashir Bacha. It said the government had announced special rebate for the farmers of other districts but no such concession was granted to Malakand.— Correspondent
