QUETTA, June 6: Two gas wells in Pir Koh and Loti caught fire when unknown armed men opened fire in both the gasfields late on Wednesday night.

The gas supply was disrupted from both the wells. According to official sources, a group of armed men appeared near gas well No.3 in Pir Koh gasfield at around 3am and opened indiscriminate fire, causing damage to both the pipeline and the well. The OGDC engineers controlled the blaze, reports our staff correspondent.
