MUNICH, April 30: An angry Nicolas Kiefer snapped a racket in half over his knee on the way to a 6-4, 6-7 (7-9), 6-3 first round upset of top-seed-in-crisis Yevgeny Kafelnikov at the 400,000-dollar Munich Open.
