MANSEHRA, Feb 1: The Pakistan Tobacco Company director Alain Sacsher has said that the PTC has always taken into consideration the problems faced by the tobacco growers.

He said this while speaking at a function held at the PTC office here on Thursday to distribute cheques among the tobacco growers affected by last year’s hailstorm.
