DHAKA, Oct 27: The Bangladesh Rifles has been put on full alert along the borders of Rangpur and Dinajpur districts to foil any attempt by the Indian Border Security Force to push Bangla-speaking Indian Muslims into Bangladesh.

Border patrolling by the BDR personnel was strengthened after the heavy exchange of fire between the forces of the two countries along Panchagarh on Monday night.
