Rs925m for women development

ISLAMABAD, June 12: An amount of Rs925 million has been allocated for women development in the Public Sector Development Programme 2004-05.

About Rs140m has been allocated for the women development programme. About Rs300m has been set aside for the Tawana Pakistan project, Rs385m for the gender reform action plan and Rs100m has been earmarked for the national funds for advancement of rural women.-APP
