LAHORE, Jan 10: Rawalpindi district and sessions judge Dost Muhammad Malik has been made officer on special duty and directed to report at the Lahore High Court's principal seat at Lahore.
According to a notification issued here on Saturday, the LHC chief justice ordered Gujrat district and sessions judge Abdul Qayyum Raja to take charge at Rawalpindi.
Hafizabad district and sessions judge Syed Ali Hasan Razvi has been posted at Gujrat and OSD Shabbir Husain Chattha has been posted at Hafizabad.
The chief justice transferred nine civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates.
According to another notification, Fayyaz Ahmad Zaheer from Pindi Gheb, Abdul Rafiq from Faisalabad, Salim Iqbal from Pindi Bhattian, Hamid Husain from Kasur and Anwar Ali from Multan have been transferred to Lahore.
The notification says that Naveed Akhtar from Faisalabad and Muhammad Usman from Pakpattan have been transferred to Gujranwala, Ghulam Mustafa from Kharian to Serai Alamgir and deputy solicitor of Lahore Syed Naveed Raza Bokhari to Kabirwala.
