BADIN, Jan 9: A man was killed and another was injured when their motorcycle was hit by a bus on the Kadhan Road here on Thursday.

The bus hit the motorcycle of Ali Nawaz and Abdul Shakoor Nohri while saving a child.

The injured motorcyclists were taken to the Badin Civil Hospital where Ali Nawaz died.

The Badin police arrested bus driver Hashim Rahimoon.

FIRE: A fire broke out at the general store of Saud Memon at the Shahi Bazaar here on Thursday morning.
