Airlinks with India restored

LAHORE, Jan 1: The airlinks between Pakistan and India resumed after a break of two years when a PIA flight (PK-270) carried 42 passengers to New Delhi from Lahore on Thursday afternoon.

The same plane returned from New Delhi at 6.30pm carrying 114 passengers. The first Air India flight is scheduled to land at the Lahore airport on Jan 9.
