NEW DELHI, May 14: New Delhi is not ready to pull back its troops back from the border with Pakistan, Indian Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh told a visiting US state department official on Tuesday.

Singh told the US assistant secretary of state for South Asia, Christina Rocca, that a troop pullback was not possible until Pakistan stopped “cross-border terrorism” and sending guerillas into occupied Kashmir.—AFP
