KARACHI, Dec 12: The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) on Friday declared several projects either illegal or without approval, warning the general public against indulging in sale or purchase of property in these projects. The Authority has also issued a show-cause notice to the Shaikh Builders, owners/builders of Shaikh Heights, for violating building by-laws.

The projects found illegal and the plots having structures raised on them without approved plans are: Plot No.42, Agra Taj Colony near Hanifa Masjid, Plot No.LY 7/7, Plot No.1971-E, New Kalri, Plot No.2903, Lyari Quarters, Plot No.2479, Khudadad Colony and Shaikh Heights, Plot No.B-105, Block-H, North Nazimabad.—APP
