KARACHI, Sept 20: Commander (retd) Navaid Usmani has been re-appointed Secretary, National Sailing Centre (NSC). He has assumed charge from Thursday.

His appointment was made by Commander Karachi Vice Admiral Noman Bashir in his capacity as patron of NSC. Earlier, Usmani served on the same post for about two years.
