Two ANP men shot dead

KARACHI, Aug 25: Violence erupted in parts of Gulistan-i-Jauhar following the killing of two workers of the Awami National Party (ANP) on Monday night.

Police said at least two cars were set on fire, causing road blockade in the Jauhar area.

Unknown motorcyclists opened fire on ANP workers who were sitting at a restaurant near Rado Centre.

Sources said one of the victims, Abdul Hakim, 40, died on the spot and Saddam succumbed to injuries on way to hospital.
