KARACHI, July 31: The 4th Build Asia 2008 -- international housing and construction industry show -- will be held from August 2 to 4 at the Karachi Expo Centre.

The exhibition is being organised by Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. and Jamal’s Yellow Pages with support from the ministry of housing and works.

Adviser to the prime minister Mian Manzoor Wattoo will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony.

The exhibition aims to focus on the potential of the housing and construction industry in Pakistan and will display latest technology and equipment, materials and services.

It will provide an ideal opportunity to the local builders to interact with overseas exhibitors for joint ventures, and transfer of technology.—PPI
