LAHORE, July 29: A former station house officer and a sub-inspector have been booked allegedly for torturing a citizen and forcing him to sign a blank cheque and some other documents.

The case was registered by Raiwind city police under section 347 of the Pakistan Penal Code and under section 155-C of Police Order. — Staff Reporter
