KARACHI, April 21: Balochistan National Party leader and former MNA Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo has termed the referendum to be held on April 30 unconstitutional, illegal and immoral.

In a statement, issued here on Sunday, he observed that the referendum could not resolve the problems of the country and would complicate the constitutional and political crises.

Mr Bizenjo claimed that Gen Musharraf’s referendum would be a farce for which the president would gather all corrupt elements to form a government that could not mitigate the miseries of people.

He advised Gen Musharraf to follow the constitutional process to get himself elected the president of the country.
