LONDON: The UK government endorsed the finding of the EU mission and noticed that the elections were completely fair, despite procedural problems.

A Foreign and Commonwealth Office spokesperson said: “We congratulate people of Pakistan for exercising their right at the ballot box and their refusal to allow violent extremism to prevent democracy taking its course.”
