Mild quake hits Islamabad, Peshawar

ISLAMABAD, Feb 20: A mild earthquake of 4.8 magnitude hit Islamabad and Northern Areas on Wednesday, US Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The quake was felt in Islamabad, Peshawar, Swat, Chitral, Dir, Abbotabad and Northern Areas, private news channel reported.

No loss of life or property has been reported so far from any part of the country.—APP
