KARACHI, Feb 18: Jamaat-i-Islami Deputy Chief Professor Ghafoor Ahmad, whose party boycotted the polls along with other components of the All-Parties Democratic Movement, has rated the turnout as 10 to 15 per cent only and described the Muttahida Qaumi Movement victory as the outcome of record rigging.

Addressing a press conference, he said: “February 18 will always be remembered as the (day of) most biased and non-transparent polls.”—Staff Reporter
